An excellent opportunity for an RVN to join a growing team in our newly refurbished Isle of Dogs Practice!

We are currently renovating our wonderful practice located in Isle of Dogs, East London, which is due to re-open from May 2024. The practice will be well equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray and ultrasound.

You will initially be part of a small team of Vets, Nurses and support staff at this site, but always with support from our other nearby sites including our state-of-the-art Hospital in Epping, which is equipped with both CT and MRI scanners.

In the future, we are looking to grow our Isle Of Dogs practice further, making this a very exciting time to join the team! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RVN preferably with clinical coach experience to join our friendly team.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Undertaking all general nursing duties within the practice and aiding veterinary surgeons when required.
  • Providing excellent patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to continued professional development.
  • Taking an active role in the training programme of veterinary nurses and patient care assistants.

The practice is first opinion; however, we can offer our clients round the clock care with our 24/7 emergency service running from our Epping Hospital. At our hospital we have all the usual equipment as well as rigid and flexible endoscopes, Laparoscopy, CT and MRI.

We also accept referrals from veterinary surgeons throughout the South East of England for cases that may require the more advanced diagnostic testing equipment that we have on site. Including the radioactive iodine therapy for the treatment of feline hyperthyroidism in cats at our radioiodine unit at Eastwick Lodge Farmhouse Harlow.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RVN preferably with clinical coach experience to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will work alongside an excellent Veterinary team and experienced colleagues.
