L'Oréal sells 50 products every second worldwide. (That’s over 4 million products a day if you’re wondering). In order to do this, there are many functions working together all with the same shared goal; to create beauty that moves the world.
During our Spring Insights week, you will get the opportunity to learn more about these functions, deep diving into what Interns and Management Trainees (Graduates) actually do on a day to day basis.
You will be offered the opportunity to join employability sessions focusing on Assessment Centre skills, or CV writing workshops as well as the opportunity to find out more about L’Oréal’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy or our sustainability programme L’Oréal for the Future.
The week will be held 100% virtually and if successful, you will be provided with a calendar of events which you can pick and choose from over the week. There is no better way to set yourself up for success in an interview process!

What you'll have
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Interest in getting to know more about L’Oreal or the FMCG market
- Confidnece to ask questions and use the opportunity to network
- An interest in apply to L’Oreal for an Internship or Gradaute scheme in the future

- In your 1st year at University or have not got a degree
Next Steps
Once you click apply you will be asked some questions to check you are eligible for this role. These will questions around your current situation, whether you’re happy with the salary, location etc.
If you are eligible to apply you will then be sent a link via email to a Competency Assessment. In this we would like you to answer three competency questions, two written and one via video. Although there is no time limit on this the quicker you get it finished the quicker we can continue to move you through the process! The video element of the assessment is translated into a text and scored, so please don’t worry what you look like, just worry about what you’re saying!
If you have met our benchmark we will then send you some cognitive tests to complete. These will be sent via an email link and will give us a great idea on your numerical ability as well as testing you in a few other areas. Remember practise makes perfect so make sure you’re prepared when you give these a go!
We will then do a final review of your entire application and if successful, we will email you with the outcome!
