As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources Europe Middle East & Africa team, supporting the HR Business Partner responsible for Italy, BeLux, and the Netherlands. This dynamic role offers exposure to various aspects of HR, including training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, wellbeing initiatives, projects, reporting, and communication. We are seeking a proactive, curious, and dynamic individual who is ready to take on challenges, multitask effectively, and contribute positively to our team.

Main Responsibilities

Training and Development

  • Assist in organising training sessions and workshops.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and venue arrangements.
  • Prepare training materials and resources.
  • Administer training evaluations and gather feedback.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials.

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment by managing job postings.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
  • Help maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in developing employee benefits programs.
  • Support compensation analysis and benchmarking exercises.
  • Assist in preparing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop employee recognition programs.

Reporting

  • Assist in preparing the LVMH annual report and other HR-related reports.
  • Consolidate and analyses variance data for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics.

Communication

  • Assist in drafting HR communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Help maintain internal HR communication channels.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Projects

  • Assist in HR projects related to process improvement or policy development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project implementation.
  • Prepare project documentation and presentations.

Wellbeing

  • Support the planning and execution of employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assist in promoting health and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate wellbeing events and activities.

About you

Professional experience & know how

  • Interest in HR and people.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ideal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in the luxury/hospitality & retail industry.

Languages

  • Fluent English, Italian is a plus.
