Assist the Fragrance Team by carrying out daily tasks and project implementations of Dior Fragrance activity within given guidelines, timing, and budget.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Dior, the fragrance industry and act as the voice and champion for the fragrance category across all departments.

Key responsibilities

Analysis

  • Responsible for weekly and monthly fragrance competitive reports, extracting key insights and analytics via Circana platform.
  • Responsible for gathering, filing, and reporting weekly competitive information (new launches, in-store and online visibility, sampling and GWP strategy, KCP animations, etc.)
  • Update and maintain competitor price ladder strategy for new product launch pricing analysis and annual price increase.
  • In charge of gathering and compiling field feedback on new launches, events, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 store(s) visit per week in London.

Budget management

  • Coordinate monthly budget actual reconciliations of all non-saleable materials for the full fragrance team.
  • Coordinate the monthly Free Product Tracker and manage monthly allowance by Fragrance Category

Photography

  • Coordinate the photography planning and scheduling with key stakeholders (marketing, photographer, store counters, visual merchandising) for key launch animations and liaise with supplier to ensure planning is executed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Attend all photography appointments alongside photographer to ensure Dior guidelines and standards are met.

Marketing Material

  • Create and produce various marketing materials, in line with the fragrance product manager’s guidelines, timing and budget (in-store signage and show cards, training material, bounce back cards).
  • Create retailer newsletter on new fragrance launches and monthly sampling and sell-out orders to communicate with all Dior Ambassadors on a monthly basis.

Events and animation implementation

  • Coordinate Monthly Engraving Events, scheduling engravers, engraving tables, and coordinating/communicating details with counters and field team.
  • Coordinate the implementation of animations both in POS and outside POS (sampling, GWP orders, retail theatre, store communication etc.) in line with product manager’s guidelines, timings, and budgets.

Ad hoc

  • Weekly download of new launch books, keeping files and all central documents organized for the fragrance team.
  • Place all ad-hoc orders for stores and/or head office (cupboard stock, urgent store visits, etc.)
  • Coordinate all GLH & BlueSky shipments to and from head office.
  • Prepare stores for VIP store visits by ensuring all testers, samples, art of gifting and visual merchandising guidelines are met.

About you

Qualifications

  • 6+ months previous experience in beauty is strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
