About the role
- Duration: 13 months, starting July 1st, 2024, ending 25th of July 2025
- Salary: £18,525 per year
- Benefits: 25 days paid holiday + UK bank holidays, employee assist program and more
- Location: Bristol Digital Hub (close to Temple Meads station)
- Hybrid working, based on your tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a STEM degree (Physics, Math, Data Science, Programming) that offers an Industrial Placement Year
- Right to work and live in the UK for the duration of the placement.
- Passion for STEM, and an interest in machine learning
- Some experience in coding in Python and/or Matlab
- Creative thinking – design will be at the heart of this work.
- An interest in understanding customer needs and communicating results.
- Curiosity and desire to learn – the projects are interdisciplinary
- A scientific approach to problem solving.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
