In order to continue our success, we need to maintain a stable and reliable workforce by recruiting and retaining the right people.

The Genuit Group Graduate Scheme provides talented individuals with the chance to apply their university skills to real-world commercial challenges within our business. Over 2 years, participants engage in hands-on experience across manufacturing operations, sales, finance and people leadership within our supportive environment.

The General Management scheme is a 2 year programme based within a Genuit Group UK site, and compromises of four 6-month modules. These will cover Operational Management, Finance Management, Sales Management and a fourth chosen by the participant considering their development and future career aspirations.

Each year the cohort of participants on the programme will be sponsored by an Executive leader to undertake a strategy related project within the group, which will enable the participants to gain experience and exposure across the full organisation.
