Our Procurement and Supply team is spread across eleven sites, handling over 3000 suppliers. We’re motivated, multinational, we strive for personal and professional excellence, and you can be part of our fast-paced journey.

Here, you’ll complete three placements across both Procurement and Supply Chain.

Within procurement, you’ll gain experience of contract management and different types of agreements with a wide range of monetary values. You’ll learn and put into action negotiating and influencing skills, and complete an individual project that will give you exciting objectives and challenges.

Within Direct Procurement you’ll procure Mechanical and Electrical parts. In Indirect Procurement you’ll procure various services and items such as, facilities management, security, HR, travel, software licences, and more.

In Supply Chain Management, you’ll collaborate with a number of departments and work closely with internal partners and suppliers. Here, you’ll be responsible for the management and improvement of supplier performance through risk assessment; ensuring that risks are identified, collected, and effectively mitigated.

Throughout the Graduate scheme you will be set projects and tasks to complete, with training and mentoring provided. We’ll encourage you to be creative and suggest new ways of working by adopting our continuous improvement ethos, and we’ll support you to complete the CIPS qualification. You’ll also get the chance to travel throughout the scheme to meet with suppliers and our multinational teams to increase awareness and understanding.
