Working within the Media Engineering team to ensure the efficient adoption, implementation and management of our Pinergy platform. Pinergy is an open audience-driven software solution that enables MediaCom to plan, buy, evaluate, and optimise their television advertising campaigns.

About the role

You will be working closely with the Manager – Pinergy supporting the platform and the users in the AV team on a day to day basis. A Junior Engineer understands how this platform works and how we can empower the users to activate the platform correctly. They need to have been able to generate reports, bring together data, arrange and document training as well as building out a trusted relationship with their colleagues in other MediaCom departments and with their Pinergy counterparts across EMEA.

Measures of success

In three months, you would have

  • Established good relationships with your internal stakeholders and across the Media Engineering Team.
  • Understood the key aspects of the Pinergy platform.
  • Be supporting the day to day working practices of the platform.

In six months, you would have

  • Understood and able to demonstrate the day to day working practices of the platform.
  • Support the Manager – Pinergy with onboarding new clients
  • Actively ask questions and suggest improvements to the working process.

In twelve months, you would have

  • Able to manage your workload with little supervision
  • Be able to produce reports to show Pinergy results
  • Be able to help train and support the major stakeholders in the use of the platform.
  • Have a good understanding of the AV market and how Pinergy supports this.
  • Be confident in being able to ask questions and challenge productively to improve the platform.

Responsibilities of the role

  • On-going maintenance and support of operational Pinergy applications in UK.
  • Management of User access requests
  • Liaise with Global Pinergy team as required.
  • Assist/cover new campaign setup at beginning of month
  • Preparation of work for weekly optimisation to support the AV Team.
