The role

The Media Executive is responsible for the day to day support of the MARS Global team with the aim of ensuring key projects are delivered. The media executive will work with the global team on diverse roles from market engagement to supporting key project requirements.

A Day in the Life

  • Encourage and organise the sharing of content, case studies, training material, manuals and toolkits across the MediaCom network.
  • Support requests on where to find relevant material and be the custodian of key documents of the client.
  • Work with the team to improve how we share across the network.
  • Managing the global SharePoint for one of the largest MediaCom global client.
  • Ensuring all relevant document is available on extranet and it is updated regularly.
  • Making sure all client & MediaCom stakeholders have access to the site.
  • Ensure any relevant changes to Extranet is incorporated and executed to make the site work better.

In 3 months you will have

Understanding of the key stakeholders across the network globally. Organising & sharing of content across the network.

In 6 months you will have

Mastered the CRM system and ensure its upto date. Support analyst on the key project deliverables.

Where you’ll be at the end of your first year

You will be an important part of the team to manage and deliver on key projects globally. You would have become the trusted advisor for the CRM system, share & reapply, Extranet & internal tools & sytems.

  • Highly Organised and excellent attention to detail mandatory
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • Should be ready to take on new opportunities and tackle challenges
  • Will have knowledge and experience of working on PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheets
  • Should be able to take responsibility of every day work and be able to work on her/his own
