We are looking for a student who would cover 2 areas: Market Operational Tasks and General marketing support to the Acute Care and Monitoring Marketing team.

A day in the life

Marketing Operational Tasks

  • Back-order management
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure Launch Excellence.
  • Customer Service liaison for code changes.
  • Lead for forecasting across commercial teams (NWE).
  • Support to the product Managers for daily operational tasks.
  • Opportunity to provide feedback on process enhancements.
  • Produce up to date reports for commercial teams

General marketing support

  • Collaborate with Marketing team members within the cluster to maintain a calendar of integrated campaigns and associated marketing content.
  • Support with internal and external events – for example congresses, webinars, medical training events, internal staff training.
  • Lead for internal marketing updates via a team newsletter.
  • Support with Product launches.
  • Maintain market intelligence dataset.
  • CRM system utilization for marketing tracked activities.
  • Competitor marketing activity tracking.
  • Job shadowing.
  • Occasional hospital visits with sales team.

About you

Must haves

  • Studying for a degree in Administration or Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experienced in Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge in other MS office (Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Based in The United Kingdom
  • Eager to learn & develop
  • Strong communicator and collaborator

Nice to haves

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience working with a number of data sources and collating into meaningful insights
