Summer student opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for students join our Contract Testing Services business in the UK for 3 months over the summer. Students will work with our teams across different parts of the business, gaining meaningful industry experience.
Summer students will get the opportunity to undertake meaningful work whilst collaborating with our colleagues across various departments. The students will learn on the job, developing practical skills and personal competencies, building relationships with colleagues across our business.
Your role
You will get the opportunity to be immersed into our Quality Assurance team, learning about the different groups that make up this wide, diverse team, and the work they perform. You will work closely with and support our training co-ordinator to help produce robust, meaningful training guides for our data audits group. This will incorporate learning about studies from our different range of laboratories, for example Molecular Biology, Virology and Microbiology.
Who you are
- HND/Degree/MSc Student, or recent graduate in relevant subject looking for work experience
- Proactive & organised
- Strong communicator and collaborative
- Effective working as part of a team
- Experience using word/excel
