Your role

We have a fantastic opportunity for students to join our Life Science Services in the Contract Testing Services business in the UK for 12 weeks over the summer. Students will work with teams across different parts of the business, gaining meaningful industry experience.

Summer students will get the opportunity to undertake various tasks whilst collaborating with our colleagues across our departments. The students will be able to learn on the job, developing practical skills and personal competencies, building relationships with colleagues across our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Head of People Strategy and Realization and the HR Business Partner.
  • Using the measurement of employee sentiment through the Employee Engagement annual survey, undertake trend analysis on this data along with attrition data and employee relations data and make recommendations for action to improve.
  • Support the planning and organisation of a UK wide employee conference to illustrate the work of our Employee Resource Groups in support of the DE&I Strategy.
  • Provide insights and seek to support the various activities undertaken by our Employee Resource Groups, Women in Leadership, UK Disability, Mental Health First Aiders and Well-Being, Caregivers and the Rainbow Network (LGBTQ+).
