You will support the supervisors and accounts payable manager to ensure the smooth operation of effective accounts payable function to the business.
What you'll need
To have a successful application, you will have:
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage
- Knowledge of CIS would be an advantage
- Previous experience of accounts payable work is desirable
- Previous experience of working with a computerised ledger system is desirable
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and to meet deadlines
- Oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all other teams and external suppliers and subcontractors
- Proven experience at working within a dynamic constantly changing environment
- The ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
- Confidence to interact confidently with other members of the finance team and wider business
