You will support the supervisors and accounts payable manager to ensure the smooth operation of effective accounts payable function to the business.

What you'll need

To have a successful application, you will have:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of CIS would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of accounts payable work is desirable
  • Previous experience of working with a computerised ledger system is desirable
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and to meet deadlines
  • Oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all other teams and external suppliers and subcontractors
  • Proven experience at working within a dynamic constantly changing environment
  • The ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • Confidence to interact confidently with other members of the finance team and wider business
