About the project

In the Energy and Water business unit our teams work within the energy and water sectors, helping our customers make the most of their existing assets as well as building new assets to continually improve the UK’s energy and water infrastructure. We do this by putting our customers first, using innovative ideas and challenging the status quo.

We support energy companies across the UK in delivering a cleaner, more reliable, and greener energy transmission network. Our teams provide progressive and innovative high-quality solutions from the design and building of new systems to the maintenance and enhancement of existing assets such as high-pressure gas installations, high-voltage overhead lines, substations and underground cables.

We work with leading water companies on projects of every scale, and have extensive experience in creating resilient, high-quality water and wastewater facilities that safeguard supply, helping to remove properties from the flood risk register, and contributing to a cleaner environment by reducing the frequency and impact of flood events.

We are currently delivering complex non-nuclear construction and infrastructure activities in a nuclear environment for BAE Systems on their ten-year redevelopment programme, which will transform the future submarine capabilities of the BAE site in Barrow-in-Furness.

We currently have opportunities across our Energy and Water business unit, and you will have the chance to experience a wide range of projects.
