Our interview process is as follows
- Take home Codility coding challenge (up to 2 hours).
- Introductory call with a Mytos team member (Zoom, 30 minutes).
- System architecture presentation over Zoom (up to 1.5 hours, preparation in advance).
- Lunch with the team, technical onsite and founder interview (3 hours, onsite at our offices).
- Reference checks.
