    What will the Risk and Assurance Graduate Scheme involve?

At NATS we believe that managing risk and ensuring the integrity of our business operations are essential for sustainable growth and success. This unique opportunity will focus on the biggest challenges we face as a business at all levels, from the leadership team down, across strategy, Operations, NATS Services, Technical Services and other critical areas of the business.

    This role will be embedded in a team of risk, assurance and resilience professionals working for the Office of the General Counsel. You will analyse complex data and help develop solutions to real problems, through assisting in implementing new frameworks, supporting business tools, carrying out assurance reviews and preparing reports for senior management. Your work will directly contribute to mitigating risks, enhancing processes, and safeguarding the integrity of our operations, including aligning to industry best practice and complying with the upcoming reforms to corporate governance.

    This two year programme is open to applicants who will be graduating or have graduated (within the last 2 years). The scheme is based at our Head Office in Whiteley (Hampshire) however we have adopted ‘agile working’ which will enable you, where possible, to have the opportunity and flexibility to work in our modern office facilities as well as at home.

    A minimum of 2:2 in a relevant degree, and a demonstrable interest in your field outside of studies.

    You’ll also need to pass NATS pre-employment security clearance checks.
