About you

To be eligible for our NatWest Markets Front Office programme, you’ll need to hold, or be on course to achieving, at least a 3.4 GPA or a 2:1 (or equivalent) in your degree.

We’re looking for passionate people, and innovative thinkers with the drive to succeed.

About the programme

We pride ourselves on the professional support we offer our graduates, and the friendly community our graduates have shaped. Our goal is to get you to a desk as quickly as possible so you can learn the business first-hand and become an important part of the team.

Before this, as a graduate trainee in Markets Front Office you’ll learn a mix of technical market skills and gain practical knowledge of how to navigate our organisation.

About the business area

We focus on what we do best and what matters most to our customers, our Front Office business is customer oriented and organised into 3 areas: Capital Markets, Customer Sales and Trading. Our key areas of focus are Rates, FX and Investment Grade/High Yields Credit businesses.
