    As a graduate trainee in Risk, we’ll give you the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

    Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

    • Delve into the world of credit risk, oversight and challenge
    • Learn from industry experts and immediately apply your learnings
    • Understand how to identify, analyse and report risks
    • Work in areas like credit risk, financial crime, operational risk and compliance
    • Gain unique experience through a range of change and innovation projects

    • Shape our policies and determine risk appetites
    • Accelerate your capability by studying towards a professional qualification

    What’s in it for you?

    We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £33,500 a year. If you join a team based in London you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3,450 (pro rata). And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our flexible benefits package.

    At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to secure a job as a risk partner, conduct/compliance advisor, operational risk manager, Financial Crime specialist or credit risk analyst.

    Entry requirements

    To be eligible for our Risk graduate programme, you’ll need:

    • Tohave, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
    • A growth mindset and passion for learning
    • To be a keen problem solver
    • Good analytical skills
    • To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
    • The ability to think strategically
