As an Image Editor / Image Retoucher at Net World Sports, you’ll play a key role in producing industry-leading images to show off our amazing portfolio of over 15,000 products. You’ll be working with multiple in-house brands, operating across around 30 sports and will collaborate with departments throughout the business. Based in our brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll be joining our wider Visual Team of Editors, Photographers, Videographers and Graphic Designers, and you’ll be provided with a supportive network to help you develop your skills and grow with us as we embark on an exciting 2024.

The Role

  • Completion of high-standard, high-volume image editing, which could involve anything from touch-ups, colour correcting, batch processing, resizing, cropping, composite images, collages and complex compositing. You’ll be trusted with a wide range of projects including pack shots, lifestyle portraits and landscape images, all of which will need to be edited following our brand guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments across the business, communicating in an efficient manner to ensure that tasks are understood, and their specific requests are being managed. Assisting Photographers when required
  • Integrate seamlessly into our fast-pasted E-Commerce environment, hitting deadlines and managing multiple projects
  • Ensure that the server storage is organised for all image assets and is easy to navigate for the wider creative teams
  • Immerse yourself into our way of working, constantly look for ways to pick up new skills and learn more about the business, working closely with the Photographers to understand how they work, and what makes a great shot
  • Learn the industry that you’ll operate within – keep a track of trends, competitor images and new technology/software and make innovative suggestions to enhance our processes and efficiency, and collaborate with Senior Management to devise training and support to help develop the Team’s technical and creative skills with Adobe Suite software

What You’ll Need To Show Us

  • Experience with image editing and/or image retouching – experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Bridge and any other creative cloud apps and AI software would be beneficial
  • Proactive, positive attitude and always looking for new ways to develop your skillset
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments across the business
  • A good understanding of Photography
  • An interest in AI technology and automation
