Net World Sports is a continuously growing sports E-Commerce company that sells all over the world. Not only do we sell on our website, but also third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok and Allegro, with the intention of expanding to more platforms in the future.

As a Junior Marketplace Executive at Net World Sports, you’ll be results obsessed, have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about driving the growth of our business on third-party platforms. By creating and optimising content for our product portfolio globally across different marketplaces, you’ll be able to make a real impact from day one and be critical to our future success.

You’ll be part of the Online Platform team who are driven to make Net World Sports products best sellers across multiple third-party platforms. Owning all aspects of a product listing, including engaging and persuasive descriptions, photos, video, and product reviews; the decision of whether a customer will buy from us lies with you.

As well as new products, you’ll also be focused on optimising existing listings and constantly finding new ways to increase the return from every product we stock.

What you'll do

  • Creating product listings for Amazon UK, US, AU, CA and other English Language third-party platforms based on our existing website listings.
  • Creating engaging and informative copy for new and existing listings, with the sole focus of making the listings sell.
  • Oversee and optimise product listings using keyword research from Amazon Brand Analytics and Helium 10 and any other keyword research tools to improve the ranking of products.
  • Liaise with the wider Online Platform team to manage product reviews.
  • Establish brand awareness on Amazon through A/B Testing, creation of A+ content and Amazon brand stores and monitor the results in brand analytics.
  • Creation of deals and vouchers on Amazon accounts.
  • Using software such as Helium10 to optimise listings for different marketplaces.
  • Understanding the determining factors and seasonal effects on our products in order to maximise sales and boost revenue annually.
  • Working with multiple internal teams in order to drive sales across all facets of the business.
  • Keep up to date with latest Amazon policies to ensure your content adheres to it.
  • Assist wider Online Platform team with ad hoc tasks such as price changes.
  • Answering customer messages on Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Allegro and any other third-party platforms within 24 hours to resolve customer queries.
  • Answering inbound calls related to Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Allegro and all other third-party platform orders.
  • Answering customer and courier emails related to all third-party orders.
  • Representing A-Z claims and Chargeback disputes on Amazon.
  • Keep up to date with the latest third-party platform policies.
  • Processing returns for third-party orders.
  • Monitor product reviews on listings across all platforms and contact customers to resolve negative reviews where needed.
  • Reporting trends and issues to relevant departments.
  • Assist with all ad-hoc platform Customer Service duties.

What you'll bring

  • Proficient in Windows operating systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Desirable

  • An understanding of Amazon listing creation is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Experience with Microsoft NAV is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Knowledge of A+ Content and how to create a store on Amazon.
  • Knowledge of a European language either French, Italian, German, or Spanish
