The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the IT Project & Services Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. You will be working within a multi-disciplined IT department, delivering a wide variety of tasks including support, design, and project implementation.

The position is ideal for applicants who have an interest in Information Technology and would like to further develop their knowledge and experience within a supportive environment.

We are also interested in applicants who have experience working in a broader ICT support role, or who have gained relevant skills and/or experience and are looking to move into a career within IT.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities include

  • Providing support to service desk queries
  • First fix of IT related problems
  • Desktop\Server support
  • Network\Comms support
  • Airport applications support
  • IT Project support
  • Backup provision
  • Cyber security promotion
  • Documentation and Administration
  • To actively partake in the 24/7/365 on-call system, providing support for critical IT systems & incidents as required, when key IT skills are developed.

  • Exposure to, or certification in ITIL, networking accreditations are beneficial but not essential.
