We are now looking for a Graduate Marketing Analyst to join our team in September 2024.

What our Graduate Marketing Analyst will do

The purpose of this role is to support the rapid expansion of our global semiconductor business by looking for emerging markets, customers, applications or technologies that will enable Nexperia to move ahead of our competition.

Working as part of the wider Marketing team, this will be your ‘home’ department. Over the initial 2 year period, you will also gain the opportunity to rotate and contribute into different areas of the business to gain a broader understanding of our products, processes and people.

We are looking for a Graduate Marketing Analyst who can combine good analytical skills with an ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and information. You will be naturally organised and attentive to detail whilst remaining flexible and curious to new ideas. We are looking for someone who is able to take the initiative and make the most of the opportunity to grow and develop with us.

Key responsibilities will include

  • The interpretation of market reports
  • Supporting market modelling and carrying out basic analysis
  • Supporting case studies to create market value propositions (MVP) under guidance
  • Basic analysis of the department in relation to peers
  • Completing tasks provided by direct leads
  • Attending conferences and industry events to gain experience

What our Graduate Marketing Analyst will need

Essential

  • To be a recent graduate in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials
  • IT skills - basic analytical skills using MS Excel, experience of data analysis (e.g. using Python), experienced user of social media platforms
  • To be an effective communicator who is able to present information clearly
  • To be a strong collaborator who is able to engage and discuss ideas with internal and external stakeholders
