Your role
- Crafting innovative Womenswear Jersey designs that resonate with customers while meeting their expectations for design, fit, style, and quality.
- Collaboration with the design team and buyers in a dynamic environment where ideas are exchanged and refined to align with market demands.
- Adhering to the critical path and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products to market.
- We require a blend of creativity, collaboration, project management skills, and a keen awareness of market dynamics and financial considerations to successfully deliver innovative products that meet customer expectations.
Overall, this role requires a blend of creativity, trend forecasting and effective communication skills to bring innovative Jerseywear designs to life!
About you
- A real passion for design within the Womenswear industry!
- A natural interest in trends with a good eye for colour, detail and excellent taste level
- An enthusiastic communicator with great personal skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment, working to set deadlines with enthusiasm and confidence
- Previous experience working within a UK brand, high street retailer or supplier
- Competent user of both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
