Job specification
Assigned your own personal coach/mentor and rotating through various areas of the HR function, including HR, Learning & Organisational Development and Group Change. Our aim is to give you real breadth and depth, plus early and increasing responsibility, ensuring you are fully equipped to make the most of the different specialisms covered across this wide ranging sphere of operations.
Person specification
An excellent communicator and relationship builder, who is highly self-motivated and able to work within tight deadlines, we will be looking for a history of good academic performance and work effectively both in teams and independently when needed
However, more importantly, we are seeking a positive attitude, the drive to add value and someone who genuinely wants to challenge themselves to be the best they can be.
Qualifications
You will have obtained a 2:2 degree or above in any subject area
