What does the role involve?

As Graduate – Compensation & Benefits, you will join our Reward team which is part of our Human Resources (HR) department. During the two-year programme, you'll spend your first year fully dedicated to Reward, and in the second year, you'll have the option to rotate across some of our other teams within HR, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.

You'll take ownership for our Benefits, including the day to day running of our Benefits platform. You'll learn how to evaluate and benchmark our roles at Novuna, and support with the annual salary review cycle. Documenting Reward processes, and looking for opportunities to automate, will also be a priority. Our working population is mainly UK based, but we also have some employees in Europe, so there will be an opportunity to support other countries.

What you'll do

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Manage relationships with benefits suppliers
  • Develop remuneration policies
  • Support with fulfilling job evaluation and benchmarking requests
  • Ongoing analysis of pay structures
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits queries

In addition to your role above, as part of the Novuna Graduate Programme you will have the opportunity to:

  • Play an active role within our Corporate Communities, helping to drive engagement, inclusion and belonging
  • Access trained mentors who can help develop your technical skills

What are we looking for?

You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.

In an ever-evolving environment you will flourish by using your talent for spotting opportunities to make things better. You'll have the ability to navigate relationships using your interpersonal skills, think creatively, be adaptable and last but certainly not least, have a passion for learning.

We're also looking for a Graduate who can:

  • Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 in Year 2
