What does the role involve?
As Graduate – Sales Data Analyst, you will join our specialist assets sales team in our Vehicles Solutions division. During the two-year programme, you'll spend time supporting a variety of customers, using data to help them be more efficient, and cost effective. You'll work alongside account managers, the management information team and business intelligence team, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself as a professional, and potential leader.
You'll work with the business to identify areas of opportunity for insight and analysis, to be able to recommend way to improve efficiencies and customer experience.
What you'll do
Some of your key duties will include:
- Carry out a range of data mining and analysis, to build insights for the sales team
- Data quality within our systems
- Present findings and insight to management and senior leadership
- Contribute towards efficiencies within the department
In addition to your role above, as part of the Novuna Graduate Programme you will have the opportunity to:

What are we looking for?
You'll have recently graduated and achieved a 2:2 or above in your chosen degree.
In an ever-evolving environment you will flourish by using your talent for spotting opportunities to make things better. You'll have the ability to navigate relationships using your interpersonal skills, think creatively, be adaptable and last but certainly not least, have a passion for learning.

- Starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 in Year 2
