We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to work with our innovative and growing Direct & Facultative team in London on a permanent basis.

Job Purpose

Supports broking placement tasks and client queries or information requests. Responds to and proactively seeks solutions to client queries.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supports with existing clients to secure renewals and exploring new revenue growth opportunities.
  • Developing and running renewal lists and tracking pipeline opportunities
  • Participates in team collaboration approach to clients and markets to achieve outstanding service and client satisfaction
  • Ensure the preparation and production of necessary account and programme documentation is dealt with within a timely manner
  • Creation of and maintaining various internal mapping and tracking monitoring systems
  • With assistance from colleagues builds relationships with markets and clients
  • Under direction seeks to place the most suitable and best possible contract terms on behalf of the client
  • Active participation in an inspiring team environment with an open, equal and collaborative communication culture

Skills and Knowledge

  • Degree level qualification
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Work with guidance within agreed procedures and processes
  • Intermediate/good knowledge of the (re)insurance market in order to address client and technical issues
  • Accurate and good attention to detail
  • Well organised and able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Team player and willing to work flexibly and assist colleagues as required
