The Role

Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Programmes & Reporting Intern you will support the EMEA Customer Experience Strategy team within the Applications Sales line of business. Your direct responsibilties will include:

  • Use and understand reporting using standard Oracle reporting tools
  • Analyse a variety of progress reports for sales expansion and customer retention
  • Be an active member of the team with the ability to draft documents and takepart in a wide variety of work
  • Work closely with members of own team to offer different ideas
  • Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more

Requirements

  • Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
  • Good time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, able to analyse data/situations and draw logical evidence-based conclusions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to self-manage, with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated to continuously expand personal and professional knowledge
  • Not afraid to fail, not afraid to learn
  • Good IT skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
