Key responsibilities

  • Provide general administration support to the Supply Chain function.
  • Request suppliers to complete vendor registration documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders for approval.
  • Register vendors in Petrofac’s ERP system and initiate compliance screening.
  • Compile various Supply Chain Documents for approval.
  • Report on vendor registration requests and expedited responses from internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to purchasing teams and raise purchase orders with guidance from team members.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to subcontract teams and support activities with guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and suggest recommendation for process/procedure efficiencies.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities preserve the company’s legal and commercial integrity and that company’s and client’s governance controls are adhered too.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with Company policies, processes, and procedures.

Essential qualifications and skills

  • A Supply Chain experience desirable
  • Ability to develop strong internal/external relationships.
  • Highly motivated, driven and pro-active who can interpret and constantly seeks to achieve solutions.
  • Flexibility to comply and adapt to company and customer requirements.
  • Actively promotes good business ethics.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety.
  • Good IT skills in MS packages and experience in specific Procurement systems such as ORACLE, etc.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain process
  • Possess communication skills to build confidence and influence various internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or professional qualification (MCIPS, SCMP, CPM) or related subjects preferred.
