Do you want to join a team of IT professionals who apply their skills to bring ground breaking, technology-based capabilities and business models to life? Have you been looking to use and grow both your IT and business skills?

This role is within the P&G Northern Europe Market Commercial IT team and will be tasked with migrating and transforming local applications that cover the final mile of capability delivery between scaled solutions and actual business needs across our commercial processes (sales, product supply, brand, finance). The three main areas this role will work against in the near future are upgrading and integrating our back-end data flows into a sustainable Agile DevOps platform.

The ideal candidate will

  • Lead engineering, quality assurance, release management, and operations for our commercial IT products to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Leverage DevOps practices to build solutions and will have an understanding of how to develop and operate on multiple development platforms (i.e. MS Azure, Siebel, Salesforce, Web etc).
  • Work with external vendor development teams and internal Cloud Ops engineering teams to deliver capabilities to our business partners.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes leveraging automation, new (ARB approved) tools, and exploring new development platforms.

What we are looking for

  • Young professionals with a real passion for business and technology, with experience working on IT projects (gained during studies, personal projects or some years of professional experience), eager to develop a career using IT to transform the business
  • Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills (specific technical / deep IT understanding preferred)
  • English fluency
