The EHS Department now requires an Environmental, Sustainability Graduate to join the team. The successful candidate will enjoy working on multiple large-scale pharmaceutical projects in the Irish and international markets.

The role is both office and site based. Depending on the successful candidates’ preference, this opportunity can be permanent or on a contract basis. We are interested in hearing from candidates who have the following experience.

Responsibilities

  • On-site support in the area of environmental management / consultancy for EPA licensed facilities
  • Prepare regulatory applications e.g. IE/IPC and licence compliance reports
  • Prepare or input into Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR)
  • Conduct Best Available Technique (BAT) assessments
  • Prepare and implement Environmental Management Plans and systems to ISO 14001 standards.
  • Environmental auditing and inspections
  • Technical report writing

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Chemical/Environmental Science or Engineering
  • Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems and their practical application to industry
  • Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with internal (company teams and management) and external parties (industries, communities and regulatory agencies).
