Job Description

This role is for an Immediate start, and the deadline to apply for this role is Friday 10th May 2024.

The Zenith AV team are looking for a AV Executive looking to start their career in the media industry and work across tasks including:

  • Assisting with and eventually buying market leading advertising campaigns across TV, Video and Cinema for all Zenith clients.
  • Negotiating with various media owners to drive access to the best environments for a campaigns target audiences and ensuring best results for clients at the best prices.
  • Taking responsibility for all campaign administration from approval to reconciliation.
  • Creating post campaign analysis reports.
  • Meeting all deadlines set by your client team, the AV team, planning team and the client.
  • Keeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace - sharing market intelligence with the wider AV team.

 

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Excel and comfort with basic functions: We encourage candidates who have some familiarity with Excel and are eager to learn and improve their skills. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, we value candidates who are willing to grow and develop their proficiency with Excel and its fundamental functions.
  • Keen attention to detail and analytical aptitude: We welcome candidates who demonstrate a meticulous approach to tasks and possess the ability to analyze information effectively. This includes the ability to pay close attention to detail while grasping larger concepts.
  • Clear and effective communication skills: We value candidates who can express ideas clearly and confidently, whether it's in written or verbal form. This includes the ability to listen actively and convey thoughts in a manner that fosters understanding and collaboration.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
