Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an eager Executive to join our lively, ambitious, and collaborative Programmatic team.

Reporting into the Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivery for programmatic campaigns including set-up, optimisations, and day-to-day trading. Successful candidates will have a curious and inquisitive mind, an ability to find solutions when faced with challenges, and work well with others.

Starcom provide a full training program which includes direct access to all leading ad tech (Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk) and supplier partners. As you are exposed to all sides of the programmatic buying ecosystem, you will learn a diverse set of skills from strategy through to buying and activating digital media.

Starcom’s Programmatic Team is an integral part of the wider Investment Department, which collectively represents the Agency, and their Clients, in the Media and Technology Marketplace. Our goal is to provide a tech agnostic approach that allows us to match client needs with world leading technological capabilities and innovative media delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager and other Executives in managing your brands programmatic activity.
  • Respond to, execute, manage, and optimise online biddable media campaigns for agency clients (e.g. exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, brand awareness campaigns, etc.) both independently and in support of more senior members of the team.
  • Maintain and organise campaign-specific materials.
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports, providing insightful commentary, and using campaign learnings to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
