Position overview

Responsibilities include supporting the European E-CRM Marketing team with the preparation, production and review of emails, communication with digital agencies, email performance analysis, communication with the marketing, CRM and procurement teams and supporting the team with administrative tasks as well as competitor analysis & key brand events.

Essential duties & responsibilities

  • You will support the E-CRM Marketing Team in implementing the Ralph Lauren Email and CRM marketing strategy to the European market across both the full price and outlet channel
  • You will be required to assist on a wide range of projects simultaneously, ranging across all areas of the Email & CRM Marketing portfolio

Experience, skills & knowledge

  • Specialism in Business, Fashion or Marketing preferred
  • Graduate or penultimate year of studies
  • Passion for retail and fashion
  • Strong affinity with the Ralph Lauren brand
  •  Ability to work well and independently under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Genuinely aspired to create clear pieces of creative work
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent communicational skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills
  • Proficient in English
