Position Overview 

Working within the EMEA Marketing department in London, you will work on the Ralph Lauren Home marketing strategy as we build momentum towards a global brand re-launch early next year.

You will learn to conceive, develop and implement a best-in-class 360 marketing plan which balances brand and business needs for RL Home growth in Europe.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Support with the planning & execution of the RL Home Marketing strategy in Europe, with a focus on activity in London, Paris + Milan.

Responsibilites to include briefing collateral, designing assets, organising meetings, managing budgets + timelines, project managing RL teams (PR, Media, Retail, Merchandising, EComm), liaising with external suppliers, event support, ordering gifts, booking catering, writing copy and managing content production.

Post-campaign analysis support: sales analysis, tracking PR & Media amplification results and preparing senior management reports – provide key insights to improve campaign effectiveness & ROI

Capture industry best practices on a regular basis.
