All the responsibilities we'll trust you with
Month end close ownership
- Assist the Financial Accounting & taxes team with month end processes, included accrual and prepayment preparation and review, completing reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts including Fixed Assets, Bank, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Tax preparation Assistance
- Monthly VAT and Corporation Tax reviews of disallowable expenditure
- Assist with asset purchase review to determine correct capital allowance pool
- Assist with Quarterly VAT and Annual Corporation Tax Returns preparation
Audit completion Assistance
- Assist with the Financial Reporting & Taxes team in liaising with external auditors and providing required information to ensure a clean audit report is issued in line with external and internal deadlines.
Project work
- Ensure accurate cash postings and reporting to Head Office
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and reporting to Head Office
- Assist with Balance Sheet forecasting during planning cycles
- Be a driver for change in future developments of new processes and controls
