    Red Bull UK are currently recruiting for a Culture Marketing Graduate for our Graduate Program.

    Culture Marketing Team – you will work with our Culture Marketing Team to assist in the delivery of projects in music and dance, working with venues, artists and participants to create projects that can inspire and entertain key audiences while growing trial and consumption of Red Bull. In this role you’ll need to demonstrate creativity, passion for music and dance, understanding of audiences and the work of artists.

    You’ll need to confidently be able to sell Red Bull to new venues while also creating events and content that make meaningful connections with people in the UK. It’s a rounded role that will contribute to what we do in Culture Marketing but will also contribute to the work of multiple teams across Red Bull UK.

    Responsibilities

    Event Management and Execution

    • You’ll take responsibility for the planning, communications approach, budgeting and execution of music and dance led events
    • You’ll also support on large scale event delivery, taking on specific responsibilities to ensure events are delivered to the standards we expect on quality, timing and budgets

    Artist Management

    • You’ll work directly with artists to manage them through any work we are collaborating with them on
    • This will also include working with agents and managers to ensure deliverables are met and that the artist experience is a good one

    Field Marketing Activation

    • Working with the field marketing team you’ll bring to life activity that allows people to engage with our work
    • This could mean the creation of an activity that allows people to take on a dance challenge across the UK and managing the tour of this property across multiple location stops in the UK
    • You’ll also work directly with partner venues to grow Red Bull visibility and presence in the right spaces across the UK

    Content Creation

    • Working with our content team and social media team you’ll bring to life activity with artists, in events or in field activation as content to appear on our channels
    • This can mean the ideation of what the content could be through to the delivery of the content in any medium: audio, video, written editorial etc.

    Experience

    • Experience in and passion for music and/or dance
    • You’ve worked with or in music or nightlife organisations
    • You’re skilled on social media and know what good content looks like
    • You must graduate by Summer 2023 to apply.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English

    Additional Information

    • Travel 40-50%
