    We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Intern to be based with the Red Bull Racing team in Milton Keynes, UK. This will be a three months summer internship starting in June 2022.

    Reporting to into the Marketing Operations Team, the intern will help support the effective and efficient running of the marketing operational plan as well supporting measurement and optimising execution across the Oracle Red Bull Racing Marketing Team. The last date for submitting your applications will be 30 April, 2022. Interviews to be held during 1st and 2nd week of May. The internship will be from 3rd June until 12th September 2022 and based in Red Bull Racing, Milton Keynes.

    All the responsibilities we'll trust you with

    Team clothing

    • Support the Team Clothing Manager with general administration and ensure driver and race team clothing is monitored and distributed effectively. Help pack driver kit for race events.

    Projects

    • Support operations projects as and when required such as Partner Event, Filming Days, Ad Hoc Events.

    Trackside operations

    • Support the Marketing Operations Managers with pre event information and planning. Post event reports on what the marketng team delivered at races. Potential to support from F1 events.

    Reporting & Monitoring

    • Help support monthly reporting of key outputs for marketing department. Maintain Airtable tool. Support with Power BI tools.

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

    • Administration skills
    • Experience in creating schedules & plans
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office (essential)
    • Strong interest in planning and coordinating across the marketing team
    • Events experience (ideal)
    • We value experience over formal qualifications.
