    You will activate the different elements of Red Bull Off Premises sales through a set number of retailers, stores and depots – this includes improving availability, visibility and securing additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull SKUs. This program includes three 6 month rotations including Field Sales , Customeer Marketing and Key Accounts.

    Field Sales

    • Gain a good understanding of Field Sales
    • Maintain and grow a base of Perfect Stores which focus on: Availability / Distribution; Right Price; Visibility; Additional Placement and Messaging
    • Visit a mix of retail stores
    • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of activations with credible case studies

    Customer Marketing

    • Gain a good understanding of Customer Marketing
    • Work in the Customer Marketing team with a focus on Business the wheel key segments: Double Distribution, Awesome in Outlet, Grow 250ml and Fuel the Growth: Shopper Marketing - utilise field sales network to help Shopper team implement additional placements, either ambient or chilled and Category Management: be the Category Expert and increase Red Bull presence on shelf by influencing the customer at Range Reviews

    Key Accounts

    • Gain a good understanding of Key Account Management
    • Assist National Account Managers with the day to day running of an Off Premise Key Account
    • Maintain and grow SU sales by focussing on: Forecasting, working internally and with account supply chain teams; Promotional analysis and efficiency; Perfect Store Audit focus and improvement and work closely with Field teams; Development of regional relationships within the account (Marketing & Operations); Developing overlays for key Red Bull campaigns.

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

    • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint intermediate level desirable
    • Valid UK driving license with minimum 12 months driving experience
    • Basic knowledge of commercials such as cash margin & POR desirable
    • Ability to build relationships quickly, communicate effectively and influence decision makers through presenting insights and commercial proposals
    • Organised, results focused and efficient with a “can do” attitude -
    • A self-motivated, proactive individual with ability to work on own initiative.
    • Able to manage time and workload to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
    • An advocate for the Red Bull brand – positively and professionally represent the brand at all times.
