    We are currently recruiting for a Student Marketing Intern to join us from 13 June 2022 - 12 September 2022.

    The intern will be the face of Red Bull in the field, introducing new and existing customers to the world of Red Bull. They will be responsible for supporting the Consumer Collecting (Field Marketing) programme in the UK, which delivers across all key company priorities with clear alignment across Field Marketing. You will own and help deliver projects related to two of our key marketing functions: Sampling and University Activity, with the purpose of growing our user base and strengthening our brand love among our target group. The last date for submitting your applications will be 3 April, 2022. Interviews will be held during the last week of April, 2022. The internship will be based at our head office in London.

    All the responsibilities we'll trust you with

    Student marketeer recruitment

    • Work closely with the Consumer Collecting specialist and the People team to help source, recruit and train a workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors.

    Student marketeer support

    • Spend time in the field with Student Marketeers coaching and giving feedback which is actionable, and development focused. Manage and update our learning tools, training videos and training manuals. Assist in the planning phase of our student project: Red Bull Basement. Review quarterly feedback and create clear actionable goals and next steps. Support with Business Planning 2023.

    Flight school college & Graduation

    • Planning and executing the annual Flight School College, a full immersive brand induction for the Student Marketeer programme, involving both budget and agency management. Planning and executing Flight School graduation, a day event for the flight school class of 2022 – manage internal stakeholders and budget

    Indirect sampling

    • Support with finding new and innovative ways to deliver on indirect product sampling to successfully drive trial of the product with our target audience

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

    • Project management experience, with ability to work autonomously.
    • Exceptional communication, organisational and presentation skills.
    • A passion for creativity.
    • Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
    • Confident and comfortable working with a variety of people in an informal, but professional manner.
    • We value experience over formal qualifications.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
