    How will you make an impact? You will:

    • Manage customer stock enquiries and firm orders to ensure deadlines are achieved. This includes: create and follow Purchase Orders with supplier, manage all EU stock enquiries and follow smooth and timely transfers, create and manage stock returns to supplier, approve and monitor BTQ packaging orders, place orders for replacement watch guarantee cards
    • Perform stock allocation from Central stock to Retail and Wholesale distribution channels, and stock allocation of diamonds from Central stock to Retail boutiques
    • Create purchase orders for new products to ensure smooth delivery to the UK and on-time product launch
    • Monitor shipment delays, liaise with Central Hub Custom Success team to ensure prompt customs clearance
    • Manage stock for Events and Photo shoots - co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery
    • Manage the arrival, distribution and return of prototypes. Closely collaborate with local Logistics, Product team and Central counterparts to ensure the smooth operation and on-time delivery.
    • Liaise with PR/Events team for all gratuities. Source stock, where necessary and process FOC Sales Order and timely delivery
    • Work closely with Merchandising team members, Sales Associates, Suppliers, Product Marketing/Communication team, PR/Press, Logistics, Exports Department

    How will you experience success with us? You will:

    • Organised with a true understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy of information
    • Strong computer skills with experience of working with SAP (preferred) or similar business software
    • Advanced Excel skills and numeric ability
    • Team player
    • Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude
    • Fluent in written and spoken English
