    Being the part of a diverse and collaborative HR Team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, sourcing, teamwork, and stakeholders’ coordination.

    The HR Intern will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organising and coordinating high-volume interview activity with a focus on exceptional candidate experience. A successful recruitment scheduler will be self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a strong customer service mindset. 

    This internship is for an intitial 3 month period, with a view to extend if successful. 

    Your key responsibilities will be: 

    • Support the Talent Acquisition team on all recruitment activity and admin
    • Scheduling phone / video or in person interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a great candidate experience
    • Ensuring feedback is provided following each interview to the Talent Acquisition Partner
    • Maintain recruitment database ensuring information is up to date in relation to all interviews scheduled and conducted to feedback to HR Managers
    • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
    • Administering the internal career platform (opening and closing requisitions, liaising with candidates, producing reports)
    • Ad-hoc project support as necessary

    Required skills and experience:

    What knowledge should you have:

    • PC and digital literacy including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
    • General understanding of HR and recruitment processes - educuation or experience in HR/Recruitment is essential

    • Motivated to develop in HR/ Talent acquisition
    • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple demands, prioritise and handle confidential and/or sensitive information appropriately
