    • Do you have experience in events coordination and in-depth knowledge of event management procedures, ideally within the luxury sector?
    • Are you organized, energetic and well-structured thinking?
    • Are you a great communicator, with a problem-solving mind set and strong negotiation skills?

    What do we expect from you?

    • You will coordinate all events (clients and press) in the UK, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany. 
    • You will oversee the process and logistics of the event and production, including invitation’s creation & printing, collating lists of guests to be invited with the CRM Managers / PR managers, coordination of all the logistics with suppliers, models and hostesses’ selection, keeping a close communication with Retail teams and Retail boutiques on client lists, collating replies and table plans.
    • You will oversee all events in person, including the set up and de rig.
    • You will brainstorm and present to the team ideas for exceptional and bespoke treatments and gifts for clients, in order to deliver them during High Jewellery events.
    • You will work alongside the Event Executive to create pre-event briefs and post event reports.
    • You will monitor the event budgets, including processing all suppliers’ invoices, follow up on payment and reporting, and lead on all finance SAP elements of vendor creations, PO creations and good receipts.
    • You will proactively track competition and share information on their event activity.
