What you’ll be doing

  • Desk Studies
  • Scope and Procure ground investigations
  • Manage and oversee ground investigations
  • GQRA and DQRA
  • Designing, implementing and overseeing remediation strategies
  • Producing Verification Reports
  • Waste Classification

Who we’re looking for

Essential skills

  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills;
  • Be computer proficient in spreadsheets and word processing software;
  • Experience in Waste and Environmental Engineering and a familiarity with current environmental legislation;
  • Experience of undertaking Contaminated Land risk assessments and preparing associated remedial strategies
  • Experience in scoping, procuring and supervising ground investigations
  • A full driving licence      

Desirable skills         

  • AutoCAD/GIS/Holebase experience

Qualifications

  • BEng/MEng Honours degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a relevant Environmental Science discipline
