Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Junior Recruitment Officer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

We have an exciting opportunity for a junior recruiter with a desired 1+ year experience to come on board and join our busy Pilot Recruitment team. A strong graduate with some HR/Recruitment experience will be considered.

With 300 + aircraft being delivered over the next 10 years, this is a busy and exciting period for our Pilot Recruitment team. This position will offer candidates the opportunity to progress their career in a dynamic and challenging environment as we look to double the size of the airline group.

Based in our Dublin HQ, this role reports into the Pilot Recruitment Manager. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Act as a link between Flight Ops & Recruitment
  • Manage A-Z Pilot Recruitment process
  • Conduct Pilot HR Interviews in Dublin or any other locations if required
  • Source and pipeline future talent
  • Organise and attend roadshows and networking events
  • Deliver presentations at various flight schools across Europe
  • Ensure all pilot courses planned for the year are filled in advance and all targets are met
  • Gather market intelligence
  • Work closely with the Ryanair training centre in East Midlands to ensure course plans are adhered to
  • Ensure Ryanair Group are known as an employer of choice
  • Assist the Pilot Recruitment Manager with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • Flexibility to travel extensively
  • Adaptable to a fast paced always changing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational and presentation skills
  • Be able to stand up and talk in front of large crowds (big one for this role)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Efficient at multi-tasking and highly organised
  • Flexibility to travel worldwide for assessments, roadshows and networking events
  • Some recruitment experience is desirable although a strong grad will be considered
