We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator to join our Commercial Operations Team

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our internal Salesforce team! Our new admin will work together with the rest of the team to ensure users and projects are supported efficiently and that our Salesforce instance is effectively maintained. You will be an excellent problem solver, approaching all scenarios logically and communicating effectively. You will be working across both Sales and Service Clouds as well as other technologies.

As a broader member of the Commercial team, you will contribute to Sabio’s growing business from many angles, from analysis of the business to the standardization of policies and systems to further scale operations. You will be collaborating cross-functionally across many different teams at Sabio, during a time of exciting transformation and growth.

This role reports to our Director of Commercial Operations who brings operational experience and has grown in his career in both large blue-chip and small start-up companies. He brings a wealth of knowledge around go-to-market operations and understands what is required to drive productivity and efficiency across Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

What you'll be doing

  • General administration of the Salesforce system
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Performing audits to identify irregularities and maintaining a high degree of hygiene
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organisation
  • Be the primary admin overseeing the support tickets
  • Participating in regular Salesforce user group meetings
  • Monitoring platform usage and adoption
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Co-ordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests

Who are you?

  • Keen to continue your own career development on the Force.com platform and eager to learn – there is a lot to getting on with so you’ll have a lot of responsibility from day one
  • Have an understanding of the Salesforce platform, at least 1+ year – Salesforce certifications and active engagement with Trailheads are beneficial. Sabio will support your pursuit of Salesforce.com Administrator certification if needed
  • Knowledgeable on the use of Salesforce.com objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, and Campaigns.
  • Capable at gathering stakeholder requirements and supporting implementation projects
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
  • Highly proficient in Excel 
  • Ideally have some experience with data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau – but it’s not a deal breaker
  • Experience with Quote to Cash or Configure, Price, Quote functionality is beneficial
