The programme

Our graduate programme is a 2 year programme where you will rotate between different departments.

Put simply, this means that your learning experiences here are ‘always on’ and based mostly outside of a formal environment. You’ll be fully supported along the way our Learning & Development team, your leaders, and all the amazing people in our company.

Your programme starts on your first day, where you’ll learn more about our brilliant brand and our cultural heritage in your ‘Welcome to Samsung’ on boarding week. Thereafter, your learning will be mostly through experience, stretch assignments and meaningful projects.

In return, we ask that you look to continuously challenge yourself and look to learn and grow.  We expect you to take an agile approach to your learning experience – looking to stretch yourself, proactively seek opportunities and take on the feedback you receive along the way.

The role

  • Understand the detail of Online Sales and how it works
  • Understand how a B2B sales & Marketing function works.
  • Learn about ecommerce operations and how it all works.
  • Learn how to manage customer service through KPI’s
  • Understand how multichannel operations work
  • Learn about how a ecommerce P&L works and how incentives and promotions are managed.
  • Manage Sales Incentives, Propositions and promotions
  • Learn all about Online Marketing
  • Learn about Traffic and Conversion
  • Work with Agencies on campaigns including managing budget and KPI’s
  • Learn how to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and departments

About you

  • Passion for sales and e-commerce
  • Some experience in sales, marketing, B2B/B2C or stakeholder relations would be greatly beneficial.
  • A willingness to learn and continuously develop yourself
  • Growthmindset
  • Strong communication skills
