The role

The Resource Management Intern is responsible for using analytical skills to create solutions that support data quality and analysis initiatives. You will generate innovative ideas, establish new research directions, shapes and executes technical projects which help our operations team to understand and develop a better way of resource management so we reach a proactive planning while reducing our costs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand current processes for building a model to optimize resource management.
  • Collaborate with operations team to identify key health monitoring parameters of optimization models.
  • Use data management analysis tools and applied data analytics approaches to explore and predict data solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently has or is in the process of obtaining the relevant university degree in Data and/or Analytics Engineering or related science.
  • Extensive knowlege in one or more of the following disciplines- Operations Research, Mathematics, Programming and, Data Analysis
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think methodically and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be coached and mentored.
