Job summary

Schlumberger are in the search of a talented and enthusiastic intern to work in a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a new SaaS solution that will help our customers in their journey to decarbonisation.

Essential responsibilities and duties

You will work on a fast pace agile environment, frequently running experiments to validate assumptions, where your contributions will have a direct impact on business outcomes. There will be many opportunities to get involved in many facets of product development, such as front end, back end, infrastructure, operations and cybersecurity.  You may expect to face plenty of challenges and there will be many opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow.

Qualifications

Penultimate or final year student, studying towards Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field.

Competencies

Required skills:

  • Passionate interest in programming
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Version control (git)

Experience in one of the following would be advantageous:

  • Cloud technologies
  • Azure DevOps
  • Kubernetes
  • Full-stack web development
  • Any of the following languages and technologies: Go, Typescript, Angular, NoSQL DB
