As a SIX Data Analyst, you are in a central position to significantly influence the data quality experience our customers located in UK/IE and globally receive. Together with your local and global colleagues, you ensure our customers receive high-quality, competent and timely support to their data or products queries.
What you will do
- Support the daily operational relationship with our data production partner in Poland & India and monitor performance through metric formulation & oversight
- Monitor incoming data queries and ensure diligent end-to-end request handling, follow-up and escalate as required
- Provide high quality and timely responses to customer requests, mainly via our ticketing tool, but also via conference call or email.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data related issues, pro-actively addressing patterns to problems and engage in their sustainable resolution with all stakeholders
- Independently manage small-to-medium-sized data improvement projects, locally driven or as part of global initiatives
What you bring
- Numeracy related degree-level education and/or relevant data handling experience
- Technical skills including an ability to interrogate and manage large data sets
- Some understanding of various financial data asset classes and enthusiasm to continuously learn about financial markets, regulations as well as about our SIX products and services
- Analytical ability, solution-driven mindset and perseverant with flair for technically complex matters
- Capability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike
